For what purposes do we process your personal data?

- for as long as you are our business partner, plus ten years, unless we can rely on another justification, we have informed you otherwise or you have consented to a longer retention period;
- as long as we are legally obliged to do so, e.g. in the case of statutory retention obligations based on accounting or tax laws and regulations.
When do we need your personal data?
If you wish to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of a watch, we are required to obtain certain personal data from you in order to enter into that contract, such as your name, delivery address, place of residence, payment information or contact details. If you choose not to provide us with the required data, we will not be able to conclude the contract with you.
What rights do you have?
You can ask to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also ask for your personal data to be deleted.
